Sapienza University of Rome is one of the largest universities in Europe with a long standing experience in participation and coordination of European Projects. The project has been carried out by the Model Checking Research Lab of the Computer Science Department, whose research focus is on model checking-based algorithms and tools for the automatic verification and synthesis of mission- or safety-critical systems.
Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts is a a powerful driver of business and cultural life in Central Switzerland. The project has been carried out by the Center of Competence in Aerospace Biomedical Science and Technology (a.k.a. Space Biology Group), a research unit born at ETH in Zurich and then moved to the Department of Architecture and Technology at the School of Engineering and Architecture of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. The center focuses on biomedical research and is engaged in the realisation of cell biological experiments in low-gravity conditions as well as in physiological aspects of fertility mechanisms and their pathologies.
University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest and most important teaching hospitals in Europe. The project has been carried out by the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, one of the leading clinical and research centres for gynaecological and reproductive endocrinology in Europe and considered to be a pioneering centre in Switzerland. The division focuses on the diagnosis of and therapy for involuntary childlessness and the treatment of menopausal symptoms, hormonal disorders, and contraception. The division performs more than 10.000 consultations each year.
Hannover Medical School is one of the world’s leading university medical centres. Due to its interdisciplinary research, the school has strong collaborative links with many academic and industrial research organisations worldwide. The project has been carried out by the Division of Clinical Psychology and Sexual Medicine, part of the Clinics of Psychiatry, Social Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.

In close interdisciplinary cooperation with the Berlin universities and scientific institutions, Zuse Institute implements research and development in the field of information technology with a particular focus on application-oriented algorithmic mathematics and practical computer science.
